If you want a rubbish unfinished plumbing job doing then he's just the guy.
He's recently ripped off a customer by fitting a new condensing system boiler.
The boiler doesn't sit square on the wall and the front cover cannot be fitted flush and he has also fitted a timer clock that does not work.
He's told the customer that he knows what he's doing, but he didn't read the installation instructions, where it clearly states that he needed to fit an optional integral valve for the timer clock to work!
He got round this by telling them to call the manufacturers and claim on the guarantee.
He installed all gas pipe work and fittings without a GORGI registered certificate (illegal).
He then left the unit switched on operating for two and a half days ( illegal again), until a qualified CORGI person could come and issue the customer with the require legal documents!
The customer has phoned on numerous occasions requesting him to return and rectify the installations, fit the missing valve, thus to resolve the timer clock issue.
He now just plays lip service to the customer and leaves them hanging on waiting in for days and of course not turning up.
So if you want a good job like this doing then he's your man .
